What a lovely Labor Day weekend our little family had. Today, however was my favorite day I must say. Scroll on down to see the rest of what we've been up to if you'd like :)
We headed out to Ledges State Park which is only about 45 minutes from where we live. It is such a completely gorgeous site to see-- I am surprised that we had never been there before now. The afternoon consisted of hiking, catching tadpoles, playing in the stream, relaxing, eating and having an absolutely perfect day.
These boys were in heaven.
Mia was a little gem and loved being toted around the trails.

We ended the day by eating at Jimmy's BBQ, a local family run restaurant in town. This was the 'special' of the day. Half a chicken dinner. Would you believe this entire plate was only $7.99?
It was worth every penny.
