The Morris clan is easily amused on a Saturday afternoon.....

I forgot to take 'Sunday photos' today--but thought that these creeper photos from yesterday would do just fine. Have I mentioned before that we kinda love Halloween around here?? 

 Slightly disturbing no?

These next two photos however, were taken today. Mia has taken quite a liking to this black rat we got yesterday at the Halloween shop. Please don't give that girl a baby doll or pink pony to play with....oh no, she prefers rodents.

We ended the day by going for a nice Sunday drive. Steve snapped this breathtaking photo on his cell phone. I think it captures the simplicity and quiet beauty that surrounds us in Iowa. So peaceful.

Tapping unseen reservoirs of faith and endurance we, as did our forebears, inch ever forward toward that day when our voices can join with all of those pioneers who have endured faith, singing, 'All is well! All is well!."
